Terms of Use and Privacy Notice

SPACE is a personal business workspace provided by Terri Brown to invited clients. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.

Your account is for your use only. You must not share your invitation, password or account access, transfer access to someone else, or use one account to create workspaces for other businesses.

Your included access period is recorded against your client account. If continued access is offered afterwards, its price and terms will be explained before you choose whether to continue.

Depending on the access granted to you, SPACE may include a Business Expansion Blueprint, Positioning Studio, offer and launch planning, lead and follow-up tracking, Vision, Money & Growth, downloadable reports and access to the Expansion Strategist.

Features may be introduced, improved, renamed or removed as SPACE develops. We will not deliberately remove work you have already created without applying the access and retention arrangements described below.

SPACE supports reflection, planning and business decision-making. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulated financial, medical, mental-health or therapeutic advice.

Information and suggestions produced inside SPACE are not a promise of income, clients, growth or any other result. You remain responsible for checking important information and deciding what is appropriate for your business.

Some Blueprint and Positioning content is created with artificial intelligence. It may be generated without a person reviewing every statement before you receive it. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated information.

Human Design and Astrology are interpretive frameworks used for personal reflection. They are not scientific diagnoses, predictions or fixed descriptions of who you are.

You must not use SPACE output as the sole basis for a significant decision about another person, including employment, credit, insurance, eligibility or health decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate birth details, business information or answers may affect the relevance of your results.

Only enter information you have the right to use. Do not add unnecessary medical information, special-category information, passwords, payment-card details or confidential material that is not needed for the workspace.

The Launch Workspace allows you to record information about your own leads, clients and contacts. You decide what information is entered and why it is used. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold it, keeping it accurate, responding to the person’s rights and deleting it when it is no longer needed.

Terri Brown processes that information through SPACE only to provide, secure and support your workspace. Do not use SPACE for bought lists, unsolicited bulk marketing or information you obtained unlawfully.

Money & Growth is a visibility and decision-making tool. It is not bookkeeping, accounting or tax software and should not be treated as your formal financial record.

You are responsible for maintaining any records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes outside SPACE and for obtaining qualified advice where needed.

The current Expansion Strategist opens in ChatGPT. If you choose to use it, you may be asked to download your Blueprint and upload it into your own Strategist conversation.

Your use of ChatGPT is separate from SPACE and is also subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and privacy information. You decide what to upload and must not share material you do not have the right to use.

Your work is designed to save to your account. You should download and keep copies of completed reports or anything you would not want to lose.

When access ends, parts of the workspace may become read-only or unavailable. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse SPACE, threaten its security or infringe another person’s rights. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You retain ownership of the original information and material you submit. You give Terri Brown and the service providers needed to operate SPACE permission to process that material only as required to provide, secure, maintain and support the service.

You may use your personalised outputs for your own personal and business purposes. Terri Brown and relevant licensors retain rights in SPACE, its name, frameworks, prompts, questions, designs, software, templates and non-personalised materials.

You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, sell or use protected SPACE material to build a competing product or service.

We do not guarantee that SPACE will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We will take reasonable steps to restore affected features.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes any statutory rights or remedies that apply to you.

Subject to those protections, Terri Brown is not responsible for business decisions, lost opportunities, expected profits or results arising from how you interpret or use SPACE output, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere, these terms do not remove that right.

Terri Brown is the data controller for your SPACE account, your relationship with SPACE and the personal information used to provide the service.

For personal information you enter about your own leads, clients or contacts, you are normally the controller because you decide why it is used. Terri Brown acts as a processor by providing the workspace.

Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• your name, preferred name, email address, business name, login and account information;
• invitation, access, registration and acceptance timestamps;
• business answers, goals, capacity, offers, positioning, launch plans and generated reports;
• birth date, birth time and birth location, together with calculated Human Design and Astrology information;
• lead names, contact details, notes, status and follow-up dates that you choose to record;
• Vision content, goals, journal entries, reflections, wins and images you upload;
• Money & Growth entries, including amounts, categories, targets and KPI updates; and
• technical, security, support and service-use information needed to operate and protect SPACE.

SPACE is not designed to collect payment-card details or formal accounting records. Do not enter them into free-text fields.

We use this information to invite and register you, authenticate your account, provide and personalise the workspace, save your work, generate requested reports, send service emails, provide support, protect SPACE, investigate faults and respond to privacy requests.

Our main lawful basis is performance of the agreement to provide SPACE. We also rely on legitimate interests for service security, administration, improvement and support, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We rely on legal obligation where information must be used to comply with law.

SPACE information is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis or choice.

When you ask SPACE to create a Blueprint section, Positioning reflection or report, relevant answers and calculated chart information are sent through Base44’s AI service to produce the requested output.

AI output supports reflection and business planning. SPACE does not use it to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

If you create your charts, your birth date, birth time, birth location and the coordinates needed for the calculation are sent securely to Bodygraph. Your name, email address, account details and business answers are not sent with that request.

Bodygraph processes those values to return Human Design and Astrology calculations. SPACE stores the normalised chart information needed for your Blueprint, not Bodygraph’s raw API response. Bodygraph does not receive access to the rest of your workspace.

SPACE is built and hosted using Base44. Base44 processes information on our behalf to provide hosting, authentication, database, private file storage, email and AI functions. This means information entered into SPACE is processed using Base44’s infrastructure.

We may also use providers needed for secure email delivery, technical support and professional or legal compliance. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role. We do not sell your personal information.

Base44 states that app data is stored in the United States by default. Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we require an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Client records are separated so that one client cannot access another client’s workspace. Terri Brown’s administrator account has technical access to client-owned records where needed to provide support, investigate faults, protect the service, respond to a valid privacy request or meet a legal obligation.

Personal workspaces are not routinely read for unrelated purposes. Journal entries and other private content are not shared with the external Expansion Strategist automatically.

Information you enter about another person remains visible within your account and is processed to provide your Launch Workspace. We do not use it for Terri Brown’s own marketing and do not contact those people on your behalf.

If someone contacts us about information you entered, we may need to pass the request to you so that you can respond as the controller.

Your workspace information is kept while your SPACE account remains active so that you can return to and continue your work.

If your account is closed, your access is permanently ended or you ask us to delete your account, workspace information will be deleted within 90 days unless a particular record must be retained for security, dispute resolution or a legal obligation. Information may remain for a limited period in protected backups before being overwritten.

If an invitation is cancelled or expires without being accepted, its registration information will be removed when it is no longer needed for invitation administration or security.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of information you provided. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

These rights are not absolute and an exemption may apply. To make a request, email terri@terribrown.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

If you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve them.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: make a complaint to the ICO.

This notice may be updated when SPACE changes or when legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a material change affects how existing information is used, we will provide an appropriate notice.
